This project included a full electrical re wire of a lovely water front apartment in Kingsbridge. We were given a blank canvas by the clients for the lighting design and they were over the moon with the end product.

New Heatstore Quantum storage heaters were installed along with electric underfloor heating in all ensuites and the family bathroom, all of which can be controlled remotely.

A full home network system was installed with wireless internet access points and hard wired internet points throughout. This connects the televisions and other appliances throughout the apartment, to the internet and to each other so they work together seamlessly. A home data network connects all devices in a home to a central point or hub so they can communicate together or even be controlled remotely.

We utilised some of the latest Hamilton polished chrome light switches, light dimmers and sockets to give a modern, space-like and extravagant feel to the design of the interior. This gives an elegant feel and finish to the property which is exciting to enter and gives the user total control of their lighting.
